Chase E. Halsey

Chase Halsey devotes his practice primarily to litigating disputes concerning construction projects.

He represents a variety of construction owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, trade contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Chase is experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts and in asserting and defending against construction claims.

Chase’s experience includes claims and disputes involving contract changes, construction defects, design errors and omissions, differing site conditions, payment disputes, schedule delay and acceleration, and contract terminations. He advises clients on contract formation, warranties, mechanics liens, surety bonds, indemnity, and contractor licensing. His wide range of trial experience includes actions in state and federal courts, arbitration, and hearings arising out of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
