Oliver Pancheri is construction law attorney and complex commercial litigator in the Las Vegas office of Holley Driggs. A shareholder at the Firm, Mr. Pancheri is known for his determined and professional approach, tireless work ethic and unwavering dedication to his clients. He has over 23 years of experience litigating complex commercial matters in Southern Nevada. He has successfully prosecuted claims for and defended the nation’s largest builders and developers as well as locally owned construction companies and subcontractors. Mr. Pancheri represents utilities and governmental entities in various construction and large project disputes.
Mr. Pancheri has litigated a wide array of complex commercial and construction cases in state and federal courts in Nevada. Mr. Pancheri has represented various parties in construction issues, including public and commercial owners, hotels and casinos, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, material suppliers, and utilities in all types of disputes, including mechanic’s lien foreclosure, payment and performance claims, bond and letter of credit claims, contract disputes and all other areas of construction litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He has also significant appellate experience before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Oliver Pancheri has been recognized by publications such as The Best Lawyers in America and Mountain States Super Lawyers for his work in commercial litigation. These are recognitions given to only 5% of all attorneys and based upon rigorous peer-review surveys. He has also been recognized as one of Nevada’s Legal Elite in commercial litigation by Nevada Business magazine and as one of VEGAS INC magazine’s Top Lawyers. Mr. Pancheri has further been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell through its peer review program. The AV-rating is the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Pancheri was a member of the Nevada State Bar’s Disciplinary Committee for nearly a decade and has served on numerous panels as Chair.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Pancheri spent years working on the construction industry. Mr. Pancheri obtained an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University while working on various construction projects along the Wasatch Front and fighting wildfires in Southern Idaho as part of a Bureau of Land Management initial attack heavy engine crew. Mr. Pancheri was awarded an academic scholarship from the University of Idaho School of Law where he served as the Lead Articles Editor on the Idaho Law Review. Mr. Pancheri has volunteered in the Southern Nevada community for years coaching High School Football and working with youth groups.

Since 1983, our attorneys have been retained to represent developers, general contractors, design professionals, and target subcontractors in major litigation involving all types of residential structures. In fact, we have experienced trial attorneys who have tried many cases to verdict in California and Nevada, including one of the first construction defect cases in San Diego, the epicenter of construction defect litigation on the West Coast. Issues litigated include soil subsidence, defective roofs, waterproofing, structural integrity, water damage, and structural fires.
In addition to handling construction litigation, the Firm also has deep experience in mediating and arbitrating construction disputes. Our mediators have experience from many years of handling and trying such cases and received formal training at such prestigious institutions as the Stauss Center for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.
